Smart functions for efficient working

With our new voucher function, you can upload and manage incoming invoices and vouchers. Would you like to receive e-invoices? This is also possible with us, even in the free package!

Look forward to our new intelligent features:

  1. Upload receipts: Whether PDF, scan or photo – all receipts and e-invoices can be uploaded directly to your account or forwarded to your easybill account via e-mail in the simplest possible way.
  2. AI-based text recognition of document data: easybill automatically recognizes important information such as invoice number, amount and date from your receipts thanks to smart AI.
  3. Check e-invoices: In easybill, you can upload not only ZUGFeRD invoices, but also XRechnung invoices. The XML files are visualized for you, making invoice verification child’s play.
  4. Create own documents: You can also easily create your own receipts using the software if no regular invoice is available but proof of expenditure is still required.
  5. Preassign documents: You can manually assign financial accounts to your incoming invoices now to make transferring them to the accounting software more efficient later on.
  6. Reminders for payments: Never miss a payment again! easybill shows you your due and unpaid incoming invoices/receipts so that reminder fees or payment reminders to your company are a thing of the past.
  7. Archiving: All uploaded invoices are archived so that you are always on the safe side, even during audits.

The e-invoicing obligation from January 1, 2025

Are you ready for mandatory e-invoicing? From January 1, 2025, all companies in Germany will be obliged to receive electronic invoices for business relationships with other companies. Issuing e-invoices to public authorities has been mandatory since 2020, so the changeover affects both outgoing and incoming invoices.

With easybill, you are optimally prepared for this changeover. As easybill offers the option of processing both incoming invoices and receipts in digital form, you can already ensure that your accounting system is fit for the future.
